Think DJs all day, cocktails on repeat, and coastal bites that hit just right – all set against those iconic St Kilda beach views.
Your summer state of mind starts here, with beachside Sundays done right.
Sleep in, roll out of bed, and slide straight into bottomless brunch mode.
For just $69 per person, we’ll keep you and your crew fed with a share-style feast and your glasses topped up with two hours of free-flowing house wine, beer and soft drink.
Feeling a little boujee?
For $20pp, level up you bottomless to cocktail status – because nothing says Sunday like an Espresso Martini before 2pm. (Whole table upgrades only)
The vibes? DJs on deck from midday till late, sun-kissed afternoons, and that perfect mix of day-party chaos and “let’s not talk about Monday yet.”
Seating times:
12–2pm | 12:30–2:30pm | 1–3pm | 2:30–4:30pm | 3–5pm | 3:30–5:30pm
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking will not be eligible for a refund.
All food will be served as per the menu. If you have specific dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs if possible.
Our tables and seating are a mix of high and low within our Atrium and Restaurant. If you have a specific seating request, please let us know when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Upgrades are available but must be selected for the whole table. These can be added before checkout, and full payment of the upgrades will be required at the time of booking.
Over 18s Only: Baxte Sunseeker Brunch is an over-18s offer. Captain Baxter practices responsible service of alcohol. You may be required to show ID on arrival.
Refusal of Service: Our management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is deemed intoxicated. Refunds will not be provided if you are refused service.
