Welcome to Veuve Sun Club – Captain Baxter’s sunset celebration of champagne, seafood and seaside energy, running right through the last golden stretch of the season.
Perched above St Kilda Beach, we’re turning golden hour into a weekly ritual.
Think long afternoons that melt into glowing sunsets, glasses of Veuve in hand, DJs on the decks and the kind of atmosphere that makes you forget what day it is.

Join us for the official launch of Veuve Sun Club – a champagne-fuelled celebration of golden hour, seafood and seaside energy on the Captain Baxter deck.
From 7pm, settle in as DJs set the tone for the evening, soundtracking sunset drinks and the slow shift from coastal lounging to dancefloor mood.
As the night rolls on, the energy lifts when SXNCELLO headlines from 8:30pm, bringing live sax, feel-good anthems and high-vibe moments to carry you well into the night.
This is your excuse to dress up, sip something sparkling and toast to the last golden stretch of summer.
A Veuve-Inspired Menu
We’ve created a Veuve Clicquot–inspired food and drink menu designed for sharing, grazing and celebrating.
Indulge in elevated seaside bites including caviar, fresh seafood and perfectly paired champagne serves -made for slow sips, salty air and second rounds as the sky turns gold.

CASUAL DRINKS AND DINING
Keep it simple and settle in under the sun. Book a spot in one of our relaxed, beachside areas overlooking the water and the reserve – perfect for laid-back catch-ups, birthday drinks, or long lunches that roll into the afternoon.
Casual bookings are available until 3:00pm for groups of up to 15 guests, with no package required – just good vibes, great views, and even better company.
Please note, seating is a mix of high and low tables and specific tables cannot be requested.

Our Sun Club Bungalows blend beachside energy with laid-back luxury – intimate spaces, flowing drinks and front-row views of St Kilda’s best sunsets. Perfect for long lunches, celebrations and champagne-fuelled afternoons that roll effortlessly into evening.
