Baxter's Banquet
Celebrate your birthday the Baxter way with our signature Baxter Banquet.
Designed for groups of 4–20, this is the perfect option for when you want to sit back, relax, and let the chefs take care of the rest. Enjoy a curated selection of dishes from our menu, served to share in our dining room, while you soak up the energy, ocean views, and good vibes.
Ideal for birthday celebrations that call for great food, great company, and a little bit of everything – no decisions required, just turn up and enjoy.

The Dining Room sits above South Beach Reserve with sweeping ocean views, perfect for a coastal backdrop that does half the work for you. The Palm Room looks out across Port Phillip Bay and South Beach Reserve, bringing a light, airy feel to your celebration.
Choose between seated or canapé-style dining, with a menu that showcases the best of our Asian-inspired offering. Add flowing drinks, great music and your own space to settle in, and you’re set.
