We’ve teamed up with the legends from Good Company Bar Group to bring you an unforgettable season of sun, sound, and seaside sessions.
Think DJs all day, cocktails on repeat, and coastal bites that hit just right, all set against those iconic St Kilda beach views.

BOOKING OPTIONS
CASUAL DRINKS AND DINING
Keep it simple and settle in under the sun. Book a spot in one of our relaxed, beachside areas overlooking the water and the reserve – perfect for laid-back catch-ups, birthday drinks, or long lunches that roll into the afternoon.
Casual bookings are available until 3:00pm for groups of up to 15 guests, with no package required – just good vibes, great views, and even better company.
Please note, seating is a mix of high and low tables and specific tables cannot be requested.
BUNGALOWS
Rally the crew and lock in the best seat in the house.
Our Bungalows are where the beach meets exclusivity with limited spots, maximum vibes and that VIP energy everyone else wishes they had.

Please note:
Bungalow Packages are optional for daytime bookings between 12:00–3:00, 12:30–3:30, and 1:00–4:30.
From 3pm onwards on weekends, packages are compulsory for all bungalow bookings.

The ultimate beachside Brunch is here.
Enjoy 2 hours of bottomless wine, Prosecco & beer and enjoy epic share plates with ocean views & DJ’s spinning all day long.

Keep the party going post Boozy Brunch with Baxter Sunseeker kicking off from 4pm.

DJ’S ALL WEEKEND LONG
Turn up the energy at St Kilda’s favourite beachside bar, where the dancefloor comes alive every weekend.
From Friday through Sunday, our rotating lineup of local DJs bring non-stop tunes and good vibes to the Atrium. Whether you’re here for sunset cocktails, late-night dancing, or just soaking up the beachside atmosphere, Captain Baxter is the place to be.

Bookings are available before 3pm, so you can head down early, enjoy a bite, and ease into the day before Sunseeker really kicks off.
We’ve got three booking options to choose from:
Perfect for small or large groups who want to order food and drinks on the day and go with the flow.
A two-hour bottomless experience featuring a shared chef’s menu with wine, beer, and soft drinks — or upgrade to cocktails.
