Baxter’s Brunch Club: Afterdark brings the same bottomless energy into Friday and Sunday nights, with two hours of cocktails, endless prosecco, wine, beer, soft drinks and share-style dishes by the beach.
It’s the perfect option for date nights, girls’ nights, birthday celebrations, Sunday sessions or anyone looking to take brunch into the evening.

Groups of 4–20 guests
A pre-authorisation will be taken at the time of booking. Full payment will then be processed within 48 hours of your reservation date. If the payment is unsuccessful, a member of our friendly team will contact you to complete the transaction using an alternative card. Please note that payment must be completed prior to your reservation. If payment has not been made in advance, it will be processed upon arrival and may be subject to additional weekend surcharges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking will not be eligible for a refund.
Dietary Requirements: All food will be served as per the menu. If you have specific dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs if possible.
Seating: Our tables and seating are a mix of high and low within our Atrium and Restaurant. If you have a specific seating request, please let us know when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Upgrades are available but must be selected for the whole table. These can be added before checkout, and full payment of the upgrades will be required at the time of booking.
Over 18s Only: Baxter’s Brunch Club is an over-18s offer. Captain Baxter practices responsible service of alcohol. You may be required to show ID on arrival.
Refusal of Service: Our management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is deemed intoxicated. Refunds will not be provided if you are refused service.
